    My wife and I both now have these. The mouthpiece that came with my wife's S600 had too high a profile and after a few dives it grazed her mouth. This is much better, has a lower profile and sits in the mouth very nicely. I didn't really have any problems with my mouthpiece before changing, but did so on a friend's recommendation and it is very comfortable. Definitely worth the investment.
